At the 12th Global Telecoms Awards (Glotel) ceremony held in London on November 27, 2024, CBN, in collaboration with Huawei, won the "Project Delivery Perfection" award.
The Glotel Awards, organized by Telecoms.com under Informa, celebrate companies that have made outstanding contributions and demonstrated continuous innovation in the transformation and development of the telecommunications industry.

CBN received this honor for its "Customer Experience Enhancement" project implemented with Huawei. As a newly established network operator, CBN faced numerous challenges operating the world's largest shared MOCN (Multi-Operator Core Network) deployment. The winning project leveraged Huawei's SmartCare platform, utilizing big data and AI technologies to transform user experience management, complaint automation, and precision marketing scenarios. This initiative has significantly accelerated CBN's digital and intelligent transformation of network operations and maintenance.
