On May 11th, 2023, the Alliance Institute Entrepreneurs Visit East China University of Science and Technology in Shanghai.
During the visit, participants toured the Institute of Clean Coal Technology, the State Key Laboratory of Bioreactor Engineering, and the State Key Laboratory of Chemical Engineering. Participants from Alliance Institute enterprises—including PowerChina, Jiuwu Hi-Tech (300631), Intco Medical (300677), and Intco Recycling (688087)—engaged in discussions and research exchanges with university professors including Wang Jikun, Ma Xiaohua, and Hu Guihua. The meeting was chaired by Professor Zhuang Qixin, Vice Dean of the ECUST Research Institute.
The Dean of Alliance Institute and Liu Qi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of PowerChina, delivered insightful speeches. Subsequently, the university and enterprises engaged in productive exchanges covering topics such as fossil energy, equipment life extension, nitrogen emission challenges, medical consumables, and recycling technologies. Both sides expressed their commitment to in-depth communication, mutual visits, and scientific research collaboration, aiming to jointly write a new chapter in university-enterprise cooperation and innovate for the future.
Going forward, Alliance Institute will continue to organize more Academia-Industry collaboration, enterprise visits, symposiums, and other alumni events.
